A+VER for Executive Searches
Our consulting firm excels in the field of executive searches for school districts through our proprietary software, A+VER. This software generates comprehensive scorecards that provide detailed profiles of candidates, including their names, tenure durations, most recent employment, roles held, and the academic performance compared against peer school systems.
A+VER’s capabilities ensure that we deliver precise and tailored information, aiding in the evaluation of candidate applications for leadership roles within a school system. In addition to candidate profiles, A+VER offers a deep dive into district metrics, such as student enrollment, free and reduced lunch data, and educational performance in key grade levels including high school graduation rates.
The software identifies similar peer school systems and summarizes trends through a time series analysis, enriching the decision-making process with nuanced insights into each candidate’s impact on their organization. This robust tool enables JG Consulting to provide unmatched executive search services, setting us apart in the industry.
